Home remodel of beach cottage complete in Solana beach, Ca

Posted in Uncategorized by chadofalltradesinc on April 1, 2008

Dear Neighbors-

We have finished a complete home remodel at 358 North Sierra ave. in Solana Beach and wanted to thank you for your patience with our work trucks and contruction noise. The work scope at Sierra  involved taking most of the structure down to the framing, expanding the kitchen and adding a second bathroom, all within the existing footprint. The before and after pictures are remarkable. The front elevation of the home is quite different now, as is the landscaping, and interior of home. Before and after pictures are attached.

Thank you again for your patience. If you have any questions regarding this remodel or others, please email us at chad@chadofalltrades.com or call us at 800-979-Chad.

There are not many designs that can squeeze in an extra bathroom within the footprint of a 900 sq ft home without making it feel and look cramped, but it was totally accomplished in this small beach cottage remodel. Maintaining the charm of the original design and community style by not expanding and/or changing the architecture is especially appealing. The quality of the design and material choices is awesome was a real bonus as well. This job was a real pleasure. That has nothing to do with the fact that I live there of course.

The transformation of this solana beach home remodel is stunning. The challenge of making a very small space feel spcious and warm was great. Pitching the ceilings and adding skylights, were great elements. Our home design, by Lindsay Sholdar of Sholdar interiors, was also integral in making this project a success. Best afterthought award goes to the outdoor shower of this beach cottage remodel in Solana beach.

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS! The feedback we get from professionals, builders, investors is all the same…it’s incredible!

The before and after pictures on this home only show half the story. When you see the home in person, you’ll immediately notice the attention to detail, the incredible foresight and quality that is throughout.

This is the nicest beach home I have seen in this size and price point.

Great job! Anyone needing to improve their home needs to call Chad right now!!

    Great job!
